Initially trading from a small office in Belvedere back in 2006, our worker
database and business
began to grow primarily within the industrial sector in Kent and the South East.
Our growth enabled us to move into more suitable, larger premises
in the High Street of Gravesend
in 2015 and to increase our supply diversity. We now work with an average of 750
staff on various
assignments each week and have a pool of over 1200 active agency workers.
As an independent business, we are able to make decisions that are based purely upon Client and Candidate requirements. We always invest time and resources into each operation to create exceptional service and provide true flexibility with a quick response.

Since our establishment, we are continuously working and investing in the
recruitment area. Our expertise mainly lies on supplying agency workers to the Production
Industries and Warehouses. Our current training policies and procedures are developed to comply
within industry standards.

We’re licenced by GLAA (Gangmasters labour Abuse Authority) since 2009 and are
members of the Association of Labour Providers (ALP).
Most of our clients supply foods and products to big supermarkets and established
hence we work to standards set by the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) and are
SEDEX (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange). Our workers welfare is important to us and
diligently with our clients to ensure a safe and ethical work environment is
regular worker welfare meetings to ensure all workers are happy in their work
allowing them to voice any concerns they may have which can be addressed
We provide Basic Health & safety training and General food awareness along with ‘Stronger Together’ awareness to all agency worker. Our training includes Level 2 Food Hygiene training for qualifying candidates on an assignment, ensuring our clients meet standards as set by all of the leading supermarkets. We conduct pre-assignment health questionnaires and site inductions prior to the start of any assignment. We conduct weekly internal audit and invite external auditors regularly to ensure we are fully compliant, at all times.
